Health and Healing in the Midst of Pain

Few women make it through life without experiencing pain. Not just physical pain, but the pain that pierces your heart and rips out your soul.  This type of pain has the ability to wind its tendrils into every area of your being, and instigate disease, anxiety, and depression while draining your confidence, faith, and hope.

Consistent tiredness, feeling overwhelmed, frustrated or, angry, inability to concentrate or work at your full potential are a few symptoms that maybe you need more help than you care to admit. Often the best thing we can do for ourselves is to stop, take inventory of our lives and seek ways to heal our broken self. That typically means women need to get away from their usual routine of chores and responsibilities.

We're committed to giving women a beautiful place where they can do just that. A place where they can focus on themselves and what might be broken inside that is keeping them from fully thriving and embracing life. And that often takes time and solitude and not just a break for a day or two.  A typical vacation may just be a distraction from facing and doing the work of healing your inner self.
