The Registration/Reservation Process

  1. Complete the application and email to hope@brokenhearted-healinghome.com.

  2. Pay the registration and deposit fee by clicking on the bed image to the left of the screen. 

  3. After review, you will be sent a link to make the full payment along with the following:

    1. Food Checklist Form

    2. Health History Form

    3. Categorized bill, including any add-ons or opt-out options, applicable refunds, discounts taxes and fees.

  4. No slot is guaranteed until paid in full. Please read refund and cancellation policy. All reservations are made on a first come first serve basis. 

  5. Any questions or concerns during the reservation process should be directed to hope@brokenhearted-healinghome.com.

  6. Thank you for considering our program. We’ll do our best to make this an unforgettable experience.

  • Shared Room: $3150

  • ​$500.00 Refund on arrival.

 

2 Nights (Weekend)

  • Private Room: $1250

  • Shared Room: $1175

  • $250 US Refund on arrival
